Architectural Review Board

To help keep a consistent look for the community, a set of guidelines has been established to ensure a common look for the Village of Waxpool.  The HOA is responsible for the administration and enforcement of all covenants which are applicable to property owners, including design covenants and restrictions.

The Architectural Review Board is made up of volunteers from the community.  These volunteers are appointed by the HOA Board of Directors and is responsible for reviewing and approving (or disapproving) all applications for exterior additions, alterations or modifications to the house or the property. In addition, the ARB is responsible for reviewing possible violations of the Architectural Design Standards and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
